An investigation into the foods on your shelf

These so-called “healthy” foods may be destroying your metabolism after 40.

And you’ve probably got them in your kitchen right now — maybe even ate them this morning, thinking they were doing something good for your body.

A pantry shelf of everyday processed foods beneath the looming shadow of an overweight body

These healthy foods may be destroying your metabolism. And you’ve probably got these so-called health foods in your kitchen right now. Maybe even ate them this morning, thinking they were doing something good for your body. But these seemingly innocent foods may be silently working against your metabolism.

Take nuts, for example, the snack that millions of women over 40 swear by as a healthy choice. But here’s what may be happening when you actually eat them. The high levels of omega-6 fatty acids can trigger inflammation, forcing your body to pump out cortisol — the stress hormone. And when cortisol stays elevated, your body may refuse to burn fat. Instead, it clings to every calorie, especially around your midsection. Your belly. Your hips. Your face.

And it’s not just nuts. Even that expensive 70% dark chocolate that everyone raves about may be secretly working against you, because the caffeine and theobromine tag-team your nervous system, creating a low-grade stress response that can last for hours. And the longer your body stays stressed, the more it may decide to store fat for survival.

Even those whole-grain oats — the so-called heart-healthy breakfast that women in their forties trust. Without enough protein or healthy fats to slow it down, the oats can spike your blood sugar a lot faster than you’d expect. And that spike forces your body to pump out insulin, which can trigger another wave of cortisol — creating the perfect storm for fat storage.

Even fresh-squeezed orange juice — the one with no added sugar. The natural sugar that’s still in it hits your system so fast that your body may treat it like an emergency. So cortisol floods in to manage the spike, and your metabolism may basically shut down as your body stores every calorie as fat.

IIIt’s Not Your Fault

And if you’re a woman over 40, you’ve probably felt this yourself.

You do everything right. You eat the healthy nuts instead of biltong. You drink fresh juice instead of cooldrink. You force down that bowl of oats with berries. You skip dinner some nights. You walk every morning. But every time you look in the mirror, or you step on the scale, or you try to button those jeans you wore last summer — it feels like your body is fighting against you. Like you’re somehow doing something wrong, even though you’re following all the rules.

I want you to know, right now, that it’s not your fault.

Because what nobody told you is that these healthy foods can actually work against your hormones — especially after 40. They may be creating the perfect storm of stress hormones that makes losing belly fat harder than anything you went through in your twenties.

IIIWhat Researchers Have Discovered

There are foods that may do the exact opposite.

But here’s what’s fascinating. Just like certain foods may spike cortisol and stall your metabolism, scientists at one of America’s top Ivy League universities have discovered other foods that may do the exact opposite. Foods that may help your body shift out of fat-storage mode — and start releasing the stored fat that’s been clinging to your belly for years.

Some of these are good — and you should add them to your meals if you haven’t already.

One you may have heard of is green tea. Studies have shown that green tea contains powerful compounds called catechins, which may support your body’s natural fat-burning process.

Another is ginger. Researchers have found that ginger may work on multiple fat-loss pathways at once, helping support metabolism, balance blood sugar, and ease the cravings that sabotage most women’s diets.

Adding green tea and ginger to your routine is a smart move — and you should. But they’re really only scratching the surface.

Because scientists have discovered specific compounds that may be far more powerful for fat loss after 40, especially when combined in the right way. These aren’t the typical “weight-loss foods” you see in every magazine. These compounds may work directly on the real reason most women over 40 are stuck — chronically elevated cortisol, locking your fat cells in storage mode.

When used correctly, these compounds may help shut that cortisol signal down. And help your body release stored fat — even from the most stubborn areas that have felt impossible to budge.

IVThe Compound Nobody Expects

The receptor behind it was central to Nobel-Prize-winning research.

A single dried chili pepper presented as an archival specimen

Green tea and ginger are well-known cortisol-supporting foods. Adding them to your diet may help.

But there’s another natural compound researchers have studied even more closely — for how it may help the body counter cortisol’s fat-storage signal. It isn’t green tea, and it isn’t ginger. It’s something most women would never expect. It’s a compound found in one of the most common foods on Earth.

And the receptor it works through was at the centre of Nobel-Prize-winning research.

That research showed this compound doesn’t just lower cortisol — it may help override cortisol’s grip on your fat cells entirely.

So in this dispatch, I’m going to tell you all about this compound. I’m also going to show you exactly which everyday foods may be doing the damage, how to address the cycle they create, and how to start breaking that cortisol-fat-storage trap that’s been working against you for years.

And no — it doesn’t require hours of exercise, or cutting carbs, or starving yourself. You can get started in just a couple of seconds a day.

VMeet Sandy

Sandy, founder of CheetaThin

The FounderSandy · Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Hi, I’m Sandy. I live in Durban, and I’m the founder of CheetaThin®.

As I entered my 40s, I was where you are now. Bloated belly. Puffy face. Jeans that didn’t fit. Energy that crashed by 2pm. I’d done every diet, tried every gym, drank every smoothie — and nothing worked. The harder I tried, the worse it got.

And then I learned what I’m about to show you.

In this short dispatch, I’m going to walk you through what may really be going on with your body after 40. And I promise — it’s probably nothing you’d ever suspect.

Because the secret to losing belly fat and keeping it off — it doesn’t come from cutting carbs or doing endless walks. It may come down to hormones. Specifically, it may come down to one hormone that’s been keeping your fat cells locked in storage mode after 40. And the good news is, there are two natural survival pathways built into your body that may be powerful enough to shut that cortisol signal down.

When those pathways activate, they may signal your fat cells to stop holding on to fat and start releasing it instead — in a process I call the Cortisol Reset. And it may target every fat-storing area at once. Your belly. Your hips. Your jawline. Your bra-fat. Your arms. Everywhere stubborn fat has been hiding.

If this sounds a little unbelievable, I don’t blame you. I felt the same way at first. But then I found out the research behind one of these pathways won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2021 — because it works by mimicking two of the body’s natural fat-loss triggers, both linked to ancient survival features that kept our ancestors alive, but that now — in 2026 — may be working against women over 40.

If you’ve struggled with your weight for years — eating healthy, walking, doing everything your doctor recommended, and still watching your belly grow bigger — I’m going to show you why. And more importantly, what you can do about it.

VITwo Root Causes

The answer traces back to two root causes. One is part of our nature. The other is man-made.

I’m also going to reveal what more than 70% of the foods in your local grocery store — including the ones labelled “healthy” — may be quietly doing to your hormones. But I want you to know two things right now.

An engraved diptych contrasting ancient survival biology with engineered modern food

i.

You are not alone.

There are millions of South African women over 40 in exactly the same boat as you. I speak to dozens of them every week.

ii.

It is not your fault.

There’s a reason your body may be holding onto belly fat after 40 — and it has nothing to do with your willpower or your discipline.

The natural compounds I’m going to show you may work by targeting those two hidden root causes. And the research behind them is so new that I can almost guarantee it’s something you’ve never tried before.

We’ll start with root cause number one — because once you understand this, everything starts to click.

VIIRoot Cause · Ancient Biology

Why your body may be designed to store fat — and refuse to let it go.

There’s really only one thing you need to understand before this all makes sense: why we have fat on our bodies in the first place.

The answer is energy. Fat is literally stored energy — your body stores leftover calories in fat cells for later use.

But here’s the problem. Your fat cells may be under very strict instructions to hold onto that fat — unless they receive a specific signal telling them to release it. In other words, the default mode for your fat cells may be fat-storage mode.

And the hormone that may keep them locked there is cortisol — your body’s stress and survival hormone.

When cortisol is elevated, your fat cells may get one message, on repeat: hold on, don’t release, store everything.

Why? Because our bodies were designed to use cortisol to store fat and survive when food was scarce. Cortisol was the signal that said: times are tough, hoard the energy — because starvation was a real threat for our ancestors. Our bodies evolved to store as much fat as possible during the good times so we could survive the hard times. That’s why we’re here today.

It was essential thousands of years ago.

But in 2026? Completely unnecessary. We’re not worried about surviving winter without food. We can order Checkers Sixty60 in twenty minutes. We have full pantries, three meals a day, sometimes more. But our biology hasn’t caught up.

Your body may still be running ancient survival software. And modern life — work stress, kids, finances, poor sleep, constant WhatsApp pings — may keep your cortisol elevated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And as I’m about to show you, even the foods you’re eating may keep cortisol elevated. Which means your fat cells may never get the signal to release.

Even if you walked an hour every day and ate only chicken and salad, your body may still hold on to as much fat as it could — because that’s what it was designed to do.

This is why most diets — keto, banting, intermittent fasting, the new shake-replacement plans — almost never last. They may help you lose a little weight in the short term, but none of them effectively override that default cortisol signal. None of them get you out of fat-storage mode.

And cutting out entire food groups for the rest of your life isn’t realistic. Depending on the diet, it might not even be healthy. So the moment life catches up and the diet slips, your body does exactly what it was designed to do — it stores fat again. Often faster than before, because your metabolism is now slower.

That’s why the weight always seems to come back. And why it feels harder to lose each time.

And it may only get harder after 40. Your metabolism slows. Your hormones shift — estrogen drops, progesterone fluctuates, cortisol climbs. Your body grips fat tighter than ever, especially in the belly, the face, the back of the arms, and right above the bra line.

So that’s root cause number one.

VIIIRoot Cause Two · This One May Make You Angry

There’s a second force working against you — and it may make you a little angry.

A steel trap holding wrapped processed sweets and a chocolate bar

But there’s a second force that may be working against you. And this one might actually make you a little angry. It did for me — because there’s something in our food supply that may be making it harder for women over 40 to lose weight.

I’m talking about ultra-processed foods.

And no, we’re not just talking about cooldrinks and chips and Cadbury slabs. “Ultra-processed” refers to any food product loaded with sugar, refined fats, salt, and artificial additives — manufactured in factories that strip the ingredients of their natural nutrients.

A major study released earlier this year in Boston showed that more than 70% of the food supply in grocery stores is considered ultra-processed. So how are you supposed to stop eating junk food, when three-quarters of what you can buy at Spar, Checkers, Pick n Pay or Woolworths — including everything labelled “healthy” — is essentially junk food in disguise?

And here’s what should make you really angry.

Back in the 1980s, the big food companies hired hundreds of scientists and gave them one task: make our products as addictive as possible. They discovered that when you combine the perfect ratio of sugar, saturated fat, and salt — what food scientists call the bliss point — most people simply can’t stop eating it.

And the results speak for themselves. In the 1960s, around 13% of South African adults were significantly overweight. As of 2024, that number is more than triple. That didn’t happen because women got lazy. It happened because the food changed.

Scientists confirmed this in a groundbreaking study. They found that people who eat ultra-processed foods have significantly lower levels of leptin — the hormone that tells you you’re full — and massively higher levels of ghrelin, the hunger hormone that drives you to keep eating.

In other words, these foods may have been engineered to make you hungry, keep you eating, and make it nearly impossible to stop.

And what makes it even worse is — every time you give in to those engineered cravings, your blood sugar may spike. Your body may respond by flooding your system with cortisol. And that cortisol may lock your fat cells deeper into storage mode. A few hours later, the crash hits and the cravings come back even stronger.

It’s a vicious cycle. Cortisol may drive the cravings. The cravings may spike cortisol. Your body may never get a chance to come out of fat-storage mode. And I mean never.

That’s why willpower alone hasn’t worked for you. Because you’re not fighting hunger — you may be fighting your own stress hormones.

You weren’t weak. The grocery-store food was just designed to beat you.

That’s what may make stubborn weight so stubborn after 40. It’s two forces working against you at the same time — your body’s ancient survival programming, and a food supply engineered to exploit it. Together, they may create a cortisol-driven fat-storing trap that no diet or walking routine can overcome on its own.

IXThe One Signal That Overrides Cortisol

Your body already has a built-in fat-release signal. We just have to wake it up.

An engraved illustration of a cell releasing stored energy

So that’s the bad news. The good news is, now that you understand what may be keeping you stuck, the solution becomes surprisingly simple.

Thanks to that Nobel-Prize-winning research I mentioned, there’s now a way that may help override both of these root causes at the same time.

Here’s how it may work.

First, it may help override your body’s default fat-storage programming — helping your fat cells shift out of storage mode and into release mode.

The amazing part is — just like fat-storage mode is a built-in survival mechanism, this breakthrough may work by triggering a different built-in survival mechanism. One you’ve definitely heard of before: the fight-or-flight response.

You know the feeling. When a taxi suddenly swerves in front of you on the N1. When your child screams in the next room. When you miss a step going down the stairs and your stomach drops. That instant jolt — heart pounding, senses sharp, every muscle ready to move — that’s fight-or-flight.

In that moment, adrenaline surges through your body and kicks you into high gear. But for that to work, your body needs a massive amount of energy released everywhere at once. Your muscles need it. Your brain needs it. Every organ needs it.

And where does that instant energy come from?

It comes from your fat reserves. All the stored energy sitting in your fat cells — including the stubborn fat around your belly and your hips.

When fight-or-flight kicks in, your body has no choice but to override fat-storage mode and start burning fat — fast.

What may make that happen on a cellular level is something called C-AMP. C-AMP is one of the body’s own signalling molecules, and researchers believe it may help counterbalance cortisol’s fat-storage signal.

When C-AMP is active, it’s thought to signal fat cells to ease off storage mode and release some of what they’re holding, rather than clinging to every calorie.

This isn’t fringe science. C-AMP is one of the most studied molecules in modern biology. The research on C-AMP signalling has been the focus of some of the most prestigious scientific breakthroughs of the past few decades.

C-AMP is the messenger that may have the authority to tell your fat cells what to do.

Which raises a natural question: are there ways to gently support your body’s own C-AMP signalling?

I’m not talking about walking around in a panic all day. Your heart shouldn’t be racing. You shouldn’t feel stressed or jittery. You don’t need a real fight-or-flight response.

What you may need is to activate C-AMP directly — get it to send the right fat-burning signal, without the alarm bells.

And thanks to a pioneering biochemist from the University of California in San Francisco — whose research won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2021 — we now know that may be exactly what’s possible.

Using a compound found in one of the most common foods on the planet.

XThe Reveal

It’s hiding in a food you’ve eaten a hundred times — and never suspected.

A chili pepper shown whole and in cross-section

The scientist who made this discovery — Dr. David Julius at UC San Francisco — wasn’t even studying fat loss. He was studying how the body feels pain. Specifically, he wanted to understand why chili peppers create that burning sensation when you eat them.

What he found was extraordinary.

In 2021, the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded to researchers, including Dr David Julius, for discovering the receptors the body uses to sense heat — work that relied on capsaicin, the compound that makes chili peppers hot. The prize recognised the discovery of that receptor, not any weight-loss product. They called these capsaicin receptors.1

And here’s what may matter for fat loss after 40.

When those capsaicin receptors are activated, some research suggests the body’s C-AMP signalling may be supported alongside the familiar warming sensation.2

And as you now know — once C-AMP is activated, it may help override the cortisol signal that’s been keeping your fat cells locked in storage mode. The fat-holding command may quiet, and the fat-releasing command may take over. So every fat cell in your body may get the signal to start releasing — the belly, the face, the bra-fat, the FUPA, the upper arms, the hips.

In other words, the natural compound in chili peppers may help your body do the same rapid full-body fat release that usually only happens when you need to flee from danger. But now — without the danger, without the panic. Just the fat release.

Researchers at Rush University in Chicago have shown that capsaicin may support fat metabolism, support energy expenditure, support satiety (your feeling of fullness), and even support gut health.

Now — before you start loading up on Nando’s extra-hot peri-peri, it doesn’t quite work that way. You’d have to eat literal kilograms of chili peppers to get enough capsaicin to activate this shift. And if you tried, you’d be in bed with the worst stomach ache of your life long before you got there.

But in recent years, scientists found a workaround. They discovered highly concentrated capsaicin extracts that can be delivered in precise clinical doses. They tested them in dozens of trials, and the research suggests they may do what raw peppers can’t.

XIThe Clinical Proof

Trial after trial, the results have been fascinating.

An engraved cyclical diagram of the cortisol fat-storage loop breaking open

Capsaicin isn’t only folk wisdom — it has also been studied in controlled clinical research. Here is what that research has found.

  • University of Maryland · randomised, double-blindParticipants taking capsaicin reported greater average body-fat loss than those who did not. Individual results vary and are not typical.
  • UK researchers · follow-up trialCapsaicin may produce significant levels of fat loss when used consistently.
  • Journal AppetiteMarked reductions in waist measurements, supporting participants’ waist-to-hip ratio.
  • Purdue University · meta-analysisResearch points to evidence that capsaicin may help support fat metabolism, may help support appetite control, and may help support energy expenditure — with or without exercise.
  • Controlled trial, 2022 · post-meal blood sugarAfter a high-carb meal, the capsaicin group’s blood sugar normalised up to eight times faster than placebo.

That matters because when blood sugar spikes, your body pumps out insulin and cortisol — both of which may keep your fat cells locked in storage mode.

Capsaicin may help break the cycle from both ends.

This is a natural compound — validated by Nobel-Prize-winning research — that may activate C-AMP, may support fat metabolism, may support belly-fat reduction, may support appetite control, and may help balance blood sugar. For any woman over 40 who’s been stuck, the research suggests it may be a meaningful option.

XIIThe Second Pathway

A completely different way out of storage mode.

An engraved schematic of three botanical pathways converging into one

Capsaicin isn’t the only compound that may help override your body’s default cortisol programming. The second pathway may work completely differently — through the metabolism itself.

Green tea — proper concentrated green tea, the kind with high levels of bioactive compounds called catechins — has been shown in dozens of studies to help support metabolism and may help reduce hunger. Studies have shown that catechins may help activate your body’s natural thermogenic response — the process that may help your body burn more calories, even at rest.

And paired with Green Coffee Bean Extract — which contains chlorogenic acid — research suggests you may reduce the absorption of carbohydrates from your meals and help support a faster metabolism.5

Capsaicin may work at the cortisol-fat-cell level. Green tea may work at the metabolism level. Green coffee bean may work at the carb-absorption level. Three different mechanisms — all working at once.

XIIIThe Cravings Solution

Breaking the loop at its source.

But that still leaves root cause number two — your cravings.

Because once you start releasing that stubborn fat, you still have to navigate the same addictive, ultra-processed food supply that put it there in the first place.

Remember the cortisol-craving cycle? Ultra-processed food may spike your cortisol. Elevated cortisol may drive you back to ultra-processed food. To break it, you may need something that interrupts the loop at the source. Not more willpower. Not another diet. Something that may help change how your body responds to cravings.

That’s where three more specific compounds may come in.

The first is Chromium Picolinate. This is a highly absorbable form of the mineral chromium. Research at the Pennington Biomedical Research Centre in Louisiana — one of the world’s best research institutions — recruited 42 women specifically because they had intense carbohydrate cravings. They gave them chromium picolinate for eight weeks and let them eat whatever they wanted. The results: their calorie intake dropped by around 365 calories a day. Their hunger dropped by 24%. And the women described the cravings as fading on their own — effortless.

Across dozens of studies, chromium has been shown to support healthy blood sugar, may help reduce cravings for carbs and sweets, and may support healthy snacking habits.3

The second is Garcinia Cambogia. Garcinia is a tropical fruit that’s been used in Asia for thousands of years. It contains a compound called HCA — hydroxycitric acid. Research suggests HCA may help support healthy serotonin levels in the brain, which may help reduce the feeling of hunger and the urge for sugary, ultra-processed snacks.6 Women who take Garcinia consistently often report fewer “what’s for pudding” moments — those late-night cravings that derail every diet.

The third is White Kidney Bean Extract. This is the ingredient that personally helped me the most. White Kidney Bean contains a natural compound that may help slow the absorption of carbs from starchy meals — pasta, bread, potatoes — by interfering with the enzyme your body uses to break starch down into sugar. So instead of those carbs spiking your blood sugar and triggering cortisol, more of them may pass through without being stored as fat. It’s not a magic carb blocker — but research suggests it may help women over 40 enjoy a slice of bread without paying for it the next morning on the scale.4

The cortisol-craving cycle may finally break — not through discipline, but through biology.

XIVIntroducing CheetaThin®

A blend of seven natural ingredients, designed to help break the cortisol-fat-storage cycle.

Sandy, founder of CheetaThin®, with the product

Made in Durban

At that point I knew we had something. Compounds that may help override fat-storage mode through two different survival mechanisms. Compounds that may help break the grip of cravings. Compounds that may help slow the absorption of the carbs that keep spiking cortisol.

The science was there. The clinical research was there. So I brought it to a team of natural-formulation experts in Durban and said: we need to build this for women over 40.

The tricky part with any formula like this is that the research only works if the ingredients are real — correct dose, correct quality, correct purity. Cut corners on any of that, and it’s just another pill that doesn’t do anything.

That became the rule from day one. If we couldn’t source the real thing at clinical-grade quality, we weren’t making it.

By far the hardest ingredient to source was capsaicin. Cheap or low-quality capsaicin can cause stomach burning, digestive upset, and a weak dose simply doesn’t activate the C-AMP signal we’re looking for.

We went through dozens of suppliers until we found capsaicin of the highest quality and bioavailability. And we put the same care into sourcing every other ingredient — clinical-grade, highest purity, no compromises.

The result is called CheetaThin®.

This unregistered medicine has not been evaluated by SAHPRA for its quality, safety or intended use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

CheetaThin® is super easy to use. Two capsules a day. About five seconds. One with breakfast, one with lunch. As long as you take them around the same time each day, the formula does its job.

What women tell me they love most is the clean, jitter-free energy — no caffeine crash, no anxious feeling, no keeping them up at night. Just a steady lift through the afternoon, which is exactly what I designed it for.

No results in 90 days? Keep it on us.

I’d personally strongly recommend the Buy 2 Get 2 or Buy 3 Get 3 pack — for two reasons.

The first is that the clinical research is consistent: the longer you take these ingredients consistently, the better your results may be. You want to help your body stay out of fat-storage mode and in release mode without interruption.

At R345 a box, that’s about R11 a day — to support your cortisol, your cravings, and the stubborn fat that’s been stuck for years.

We make CheetaThin® right here in Durban, in a GMP-certified facility, and our team can only produce so many boxes a month. When this batch is gone, the price goes back up.

XVIIIRisk Reversal

90 Day guarantee

No-returns-needed money-back guarantee.

You don’t have to decide right now whether CheetaThin® is for you. All you have to do is say maybe. Try it for 90 days — pay attention to your energy, your cravings, how your clothes fit, how your face looks first thing in the morning. If at any point in the next 90 days you’re not convinced, email sales@cheetathin.co.za and we’ll refund every cent. You don’t need to return opened boxes.

XIXYour Choice

So you’ve got a choice in front of you.

You can keep doing what you’ve been doing. The same diets that didn’t work. The same walks that barely move the scale. The same frustration every time you button your jeans. Nothing I’ve shown you today changes on its own. Your body may stay in fat-storage mode. The cortisol stays elevated. The cravings stay. The belly stays. And honestly, it tends to get harder with time, not easier.

Or you can try something different. Something built on Nobel-Prize-winning research. Something designed to target the actual root causes that may have been working against women over 40 — not just the symptoms.

You’ve seen the science behind the cortisol override. You’ve seen what capsaicin, green tea, garcinia, white kidney bean, green coffee bean, chromium and BioPerine® may do in clinical trials. You’ve seen that this isn’t another diet, another exercise plan, another thing that just asks you to try harder and give up your life to get in shape.

This may be a different approach entirely. One that works with your biology after 40 — instead of fighting it.

And with the 90-day no-returns-needed money-back guarantee, you’re not even making a commitment today. You’re just giving yourself a chance to find out.

At Buy 3 Get 3, that’s about R11 a day — with no risk, and the chance to finally break the cycle that’s been holding you back for years.

Thank you so much for your time today. I mean that. I look forward to hearing your success story.

Yours, Sandy

Frequently asked questions

Things readers often want to know.

How long until I may see results?

Every woman is different. Most women report feeling lighter, less bloated, and noticing fewer cravings within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible changes in the belly, face and clothes typically follow at 4–8 weeks. The clinical research is consistent: the longer you take CheetaThin®, the better the results tend to be. *Results may vary.

Why do you recommend the Buy 2 Get 2 or Buy 3 Get 3 packs?

Two reasons. First — consistency. Your hormones and your metabolism don’t shift in 30 days; the longer your body has the support, the more stable the results may be. Second — value. At R345 a box you save up to R3,270 versus the single-box price, and you’re never scrambling to reorder.

Will it interfere with my medication?

CheetaThin® is a natural blend and we don’t make medical claims. If you’re on any prescription medication, pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have diabetes, liver disease, bleeding disorders, ulcers, iron deficiency or bipolar disorder, please speak to your healthcare professional before starting.

Will I get the jitters from the cayenne or green tea?

No. CheetaThin® contains only the small amount of naturally occurring caffeine from plant extracts — far less than a cup of coffee. The formula was designed specifically for women over 40 who want clean energy without the crash, the anxiety or the sleep disruption.

What about ingredients I’m allergic to?

Full ingredient list and allergen info is on every box. If you’re allergic to any ingredient, please don’t order. Email sales@cheetathin.co.za if you need to confirm anything before ordering.

What happens if I order 6 boxes and don’t like it?

You’re covered by our 90-day no-returns-needed money-back guarantee. You don’t need to return any opened boxes — just email us and we’ll refund you. Unopened bonus boxes may be requested back for multi-box orders.

Why is it cheaper to buy more boxes?

Because we don’t sell through retail — we sell direct from our facility in Durban. The savings on retail markup, distribution, and shelf-stock cost get passed on to you when you order in volume. Also, we’d rather you have enough to actually see results than save R100 on a single box and lose momentum.

Will I have to take this forever?

Most women find that after several months, their cortisol response has shifted, their cravings have stabilised, and they can step back to a lower maintenance dose or take breaks. CheetaThin® is designed to help support how your body responds to stress and food — not to be a permanent crutch.

Where is it made?

Right here in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, in a GMP-certified facility that also meets ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHASA18001 standards. Every batch is tested. We don’t outsource manufacturing offshore.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — every order. 98% of orders arrive within 1–3 days. Johannesburg is often next-day.

Are you going to auto-bill my credit card or auto-ship every month?

No. We know you’ll love it and come back on your own, so we do not auto-bill or auto-ship.
