I only started on Monday as I needed to get the correct food to take with the tablets. Although I know that I should not be checking the scale so frequently, I have already lost 1 kg in the 1st 3 days which I did not expect. I was scared that I would have some gnarly side effects like nausea and headaches but am happy to report that I am feeling great. It’s only been a week of taking them but I feel some difference in that I don’t get hungry like I used to. I eat 2 meals a day and I drink a lot of water as well .
I have lost a lot on my first box,then I took a break I gained the weight back,I told myself I am no longer going to break.
