You'll Need
- 500g beef steak strips
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced or chopped
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 20ml olive oil
- 250ml sour cream
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh Salt and Pepper Paprika
Instructions:
Step 01. In a frying pan, fry the beef strips in half the olive oil until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside
Step 02. Add the remaining olive oil and fry the onions and garlic over medium heat until soft.
Step 03. Add the paprika and fry for another minute. Add the mushrooms and cook until just soft (not dead).
Step 04. Add the sour cream and simmer over a low heat until it starts to thicken.
Step 05. Add the beef and the mustard and stir through until well mixed.
Step 06. Season with the salt, pepper and lemon juice and serve on a bed of sautéed cabbage or cauli-rice.
