You'll Need:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions:
Step 01. Cut the hardboiled eggs in half length-wise.
Step 02. Scoop the yolks out carefully leaving the egg white whole and undamaged.
Step 03. In a separate bowl, combine the egg yolks, mayonnaise, and mustard and mash it together to form a nice smooshy mess.
Step 04. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 05. Place spoonful’s of the yolk mixture back into the empty egg whites.
Step 06. Sprinkle with paprika for a traditional deviled egg or get inventive and add a sprinkle of bacon bits, chopped chives, or fresh herbs
