Fish Cake Recipe

You'll Need:

  • 2 tins tuna, oil or brine
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

Step 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and pat into round cakes.

Step 3. Fry in coconut oil over a medium heat until golden and crispy. Serve with a tartar sauce and coleslaw.
