- 1 cup Kale (compressed –really squish it in there)
- ¼ whole frozen cucumber, chopped
- 1 frozen kiwi (pips can make it peppery so if you enjoy that leave it in, if not then remove them before blending)
- ½ cup coconut milk
Step 01. Start by blending the kale and add the cucumber and kiwi separately to help the blending process.
Step 02. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Add more coconut water if it is too thick
