This product just works so well. It keepsy appetite level with no cravings, as long as I remember to take my lunchtime one. Otherwise by 2pm I'm looking for a snack. That all goes away with Cheetathin. It also does a lot of other things with no side effects. I feel i can read better. I was stuck on 90kg and lost 10kg in 3 months. I have not put it back on and I will now be losing another 10 kg by June. You have to exercise and watch the calories.

I have only been on it a week , so to early to tell anything weigh wise ,but now 8 days later i slight difference appearing regarding the puffiness on my face.
